Just so you know...

I am back! Back, I say! I have returned from the pit of despair and anguish. I am going to do it people! I am going to break out my DVD's and rehash all the glory that is Alias!

I will no doubt start with season 3, my fav! I will be rewatching, so look for your favorite season 3 recaps coming soon!

It feels good to be back. I feel like the old Girlscout once again! I think it was the sight of little Asher and Tori in their little Alias onsies. How are these little kiddies every going to know the fabulousness that is Sydney Bristow if I don't keep spreadin' the word!? (Not that Sara and Des won't do a fine job of sitting them youngins down and teaching them that Sloane is bad and Vaughn is good---very good!) But, I got work to do- I have a whole new demographic to infect with Alias-itis. Muhahaha! Who's with me?

I'm with you on re-watching. I'm all for refusing to let the Alias addiction die. I'm still a little dejected however, and I cannot in good conscience try to draw anyone else into the fold. I would be embarassed when they finally got to the end.
"Yep. This was what I was going on about for five years being the best show ever. *shrug*"
Can anyone convince me that it is still a good idea to 'evangelize' the greatness of ALIAS? I would surely be appreciative for a little help.

I'm glad GS. And for the record, I'll be watching season three right along with ya. It's my favorite as well.

Yahoo Rudy!!

Robby, you just have to realize, there was a point when you thought the show couldn't get any better and in hindsight, we were right. So, go back to the point where you were in ignorant bliss and pretend!

I know Amy, I am sooooo excited!!
The DVD player on my laptop is being stupid, so I need to get it fixed so I can watch season 3 in bed. My favorite things, my cozy bed and Alias!

I've been watching S1 as well. I think I forgot to feed my kids yesterday:) At least the Cheerios are in a bottom cupboard:) I am totally kidding. I think I will skip and go to S3 as well. I already saw my fav epi...the take down of sd-6 and the kiss heard round the world. Oh yeah, I don't know if Sara told you this or not but our kids love saying"Bad Robot!" It is really funny. Anytime we watch Alias Daniel says it even though it isn't on the DVD's

Well GS,
It's about time!
I'm about 1/2 way through S1. I may skip to S3 and join in. How many episodes are we going to watch per day? I can really chew them up at work. In the past I've had episodes from 3 diff. seasons going in 3 different rooms. Not really the best way to do it.

Well, I can handle about 2 eppies a night before I pass out from a day of work. I might skip around- I love the episodes of Syd having those crazy dreams with that freaky doctor. I also love the episode with her and Weiss taking shots of tequila. I will go in order by episode probably. My DVD player on my computer is screwed, so I might take back my old dorm TV from my parent's and hook that baby up in my room.

Plus someday if I EVER have a little girl she needs to have Syd to look up to! LOL. I Stilll cant beleive its really over, I kinda still feel like I am waiting for nest season!

Let's just pretend that a whole new fabulous season is waiting for us, and after while we will forget we are waiting. I love that everyone is going to watch season 3. I just love it. I used to watch the Will episode "I'm ere, she's ere, we made" over and over. He's sooo funny in that. And the episode when we discover Lauren is a baddies, oooohhh and Simon Walker, love him.

Hey. That works.

I can't wait for the next season! Season 6 should be the best of them all!

I'll bet Sark has been a bad boy since Vaughn shot him and let him go. I wonder is little Izzy will be in any danger. :O

Ahhh. I feel better already.

I’m with ya! Glad your feeling better and gettin’ back into the Alias spirit! You noted in your previous post that you watched a season two episode, I saw that too, and even though I’ve continued to watch the repeats all along I was crying too! I was so mad at Irina!!! However, I love it when Vaughn is right about things! :-)

Robby! I agree it could be tricky bringing someone new into the fold however I intend to give them a slight warning that if they get into Alias, that the series finale did turn out less then expected, the season was cut short, etc. However when I’ve talked to casual watchers of the show, and even dedicated viewers who unlike us are not addicted most of them seem to be pretty happy with the ending and had no qualms about it. There just happy Sloane is stuck, Irina is gone and Syd, Vaughn and the kiddies are finally at the beach. In short spread the word! The series finale does not affect the quality of the other seasons!!!

I’m going to continue watching Alias on Saturday and Sunday nights at 11:30pm and 12:30am respectively. It’s sort of become a ritual for me now and I don’t think I can stop! However I totally need to go back to season one, and eventually see the first half of the pilot, yet I have a feeling I will continue to put it off!!!
