Well, I will be back from my own personal Alias hiatus April 10, just in time for the return. For my own personal reasons, I am giving up on anything to do with Alias for 40 days, so if you don't see any comments from me for awhile, just know that I'm OK and spending my time elsewhere. Take care and I will be back.

April 18th?!?! What the heck? That really stinks. Good that it's coming back, but man that sucks. They better not pull a fast one and only have like 3 episodes. 'Cause aren't shows supposed to be done by May? Seriously, we already waited like 2 months, now we have to wait 2 more?! (There's the angry, bad mood post for those of you who feel the same way I do--wink wink)

Its hard to be excited knowing that there is no way for them to answer all our questions in just 8 episodes - I mean, even when there was 13 scheduled, I was skeptical. All I'm saying is that the producers/writers/JJ better be having a 10 hour chat or something to explain all the secrets that they don't reveal in the final 8 hours.

Here's a bit from today's Ask Ausiello (on Tv Guide)-
---------------------------------
Ausiello: ABC confirmed late Tuesday that Alias is returning in just seven short weeks on Wednesdays at 8 pm. There are eight episodes remaining — reduced from 13. Here's how they're being scheduled:

April 19, 8-10 pm/ET: Two-hour episode. Syd's baby is born and Vaughn's fate is revealed. Michael Vartan, Lena Olin and Greg Grunberg return.

April 26, 8-9 pm: The 100th episode. Bradley Cooper returns.

May 3, 8-9 pm: Currently in production. Devlin returns.

May 10, 8-9 pm: TBD
May 17, 8-9 pm: TBD
May 24, 8-10 pm: Two-hour finale.

PS. Did anyone ever have any luck w/ making tapes of the Season 5 epsiodes? I'm still searching...

would be nice if they would freakin update the ABC Alias web site w/ the start date... sorry, I'm a web designer/webmaster so I get annoyed when other people don't do their jobs and keep things up to date. Grrr for waiting more but oh well...

They still can't get the reporting right. He said 8 episodes, but he clearly lists only 6. We know that the finale is only an hour of story and an hour of highlights/whatever. So, it's still only 6 episodes and 7 hours of story, not eight episodes.

How do these reporters keep their jobs when they can't keep the simplest details straight?

DO I SOUND MIFFED?!!!
I'm losing one of my few friends and they can't even get the advanced obituary right!

I need to get a life.

I completely agree Uncle. Someone get it straight!
