Scene Cap of the Day

"Doesn't she have any friends to tell her she looks like trash?"
Ah, sisterly love. I absolutely love this scene, well, I love this episode. The moment Sydney and Nadia walk into the bar as Felicia and Denada is priceless. Decked out in borrowed courture, the sisters get in the good graces of Miss Bridget, the forgotten girlfriend of a criminal. They are able to get into the hotel room of this criminal and download information from his laptop and his PDA while he's still IN THE ROOM!! Awesome team work, incredible acting and might I say- hair, make-up, outfits- LOVE IT!

Personally, I was glad they didn't have to behave that way for very long.

It was a great scene, though. It's too bad they didn't do a little more with the two gals as partners. Or just more of the whole 'mission impossible'-like- improvization that we all loved. In fact, had they done more of that, then when Syd was pregnant, it would have been a smooth transition to allow Nadia to handle the field work.

I think if they would have done more of that and left Rambaldi off to the side, the show might have had better continuity.

Sorry. My mind is wandering today.
Nice SCD

No I agree Robby. I think Nadia should have played a more significant role in season 5. Nadia had already grown on the audience, we understood her and her relationship with Sydney. I think it would have been nice for her to take over while Syd was knocked up, more than Rachel. I thought Nadia was a great character, like Vaughn, but very under-utilized in the final season.

I think they had finished filmong Poisedon by the time they started filming season 5. She might have been working on another project though. I love Mia, I hope to see her in more.

i think that this was one of the best episodes with Nadia. Just mainly because of the sister's interacting, Weiss and Vaughn's Convos, Syd and Nad going agisnt Sloans rules, and the unforgettable speech by Sydney to sloane. priceless

This is a great season 4 episode. I love how well Syd and Nadia worked together and also how impressed Weiss was by Nadia. They were so cute together!
Plus the chillin out at the end of the episode and drinking the bad guy's booze was fun to watch too ;)

Rob,
For me, Rambaldi was at least half of the Alias experience.

After just finishing up S4, I must say that Nadia was a great character in S4 and agree she was way underutilized in S5. I forgot what a deep character she was - this episode cracked me up. It also reminded me of how funny Syd could be (as in the episodes in S5 at the track when she called herself Mama and the one with the Eau de Passion perfume LOL). Nadia also fulfilled part of the element that was lacking after Francie and Will left the show (I am loving that in S1 again).

I also agree with Uncle111 that Rimbaldi was a huge part of the show for me.

God help me, I am watching from Season 1 again. I swore that I would quit my habit after the finale, but I just can't stop myself, especially with this great forum for unsatisfied (as in need more Alias) fans!

Further to lonzi21's point re: Sydney not showing much emotion about Nadia's demise, I have to say that I was disappointed that the show didn't devote at least a few nanoseconds to Jack breaking the awful news to Syd. Nobody tears up like Sydney and maybe if we had seen her wring the pain out of her system prior to Nadia's funeral, it might have made up for what I think was a pretty unemotional (lame)delivery of her only sister's eulogy.

Sydney would have delivered a speech on golf course etiquette with more passion.

Some of you may have been on to this the instant that the words were out of Vaughn's mouth or it may have been dealt with earlier on this blog, but I just finished watching Episode 2.20 (Countdown) on FOX, in which Sydney and Vaughn were definitely in Cartagena.

I will know that I've done a whole lotta travelling when that trip I made to Cartagena with Sydney Bristow 3 years ago slips my mind.

I also liked this episode a lot, Syd and Nadia's chemistry as sisters and friends was very evident and the way they played off each other was great. I also remember the commercials for this episode where they showed clips of them acting together with "Sisters, Sisters" from White Christmas playing in the background hehe.

kellie, no apologies, I'm rewatching S1 right now too, heck I invested a good amount of $$ in all the DVDs, I'm gonna get some use out of them! :)

I just finished S1 and have started S2.

So, does AA now mean Alias Anonymous? Or should we do AAA- Alias Addicts Anonymous?
