Where will you be?

So, spill it! Where will you be tomorrow night at 8pm?

My friend Laura and I will be at the home of our very dear friends, Hillary and Danny- along with their own SpyBaby, Nolan. I got them hooked on Alias last summer. We spent entire weekends watching season 1-4 and now, we are back at. Each Wednesday night, we prepare a fabulous meal, sit and discuss the previous episode and then, dim the lights, start the tape and dig in to all that is Alias. That's where I will be...what about you?

Watching with my dad since he's been the only other Alias fanatic I've watched with my friends suck they never got into and whenever I wanted to have marathons they would just blow it off grrr.

Sadly I will probably be watching it alone in my apartment because no one in my family watches the show and my fiance says I become some crazy girl he doesn't know when Alias is on... Oh well, at least this way I don't have to threaten to beat anyone up if they talk during the show!

Because Alias is not on a Tuesday or Thursday when I will be gone, I will actually get to watch in IN REAL TIME, not on tape, and not the day after. I do believe this is a first. Of course, I will be taping it so I can go back and rewatch it. I am making my husband wait to watch The Amazing Race because I saw no other way around it. :) The Amazing Race can wait a day since I've been waiting what seems like years for the return of Alias.

Also, before the boards get overloaded after tomorrow night, I will take this opportunity to announce that we are expecting our own little Spybaby in October. :) We're excited. And no, there will be no naming the child Jack or Marshall or Sydney or anything like that... The only similarity is that my real name is Jen. :) Not birdie, in case anyone was wondering. But I may have to make the little one a Spybaby onesie....So there ya go.

It's okay Jess! My friends will probably make me watch it in the other room since I can't seem to keep my mouth shut about spoilers!

That's right Jess. If people with whom you watch the show can't keep a lid on it until the comercials, and can't shut-it when the comercials are over, you are better off watching alone.

Me, I will have to record both hours and watch it later. I have another obligation on Wednesday nights that will easily eat up an hour and 1/2 of the show, so I am better off waiting til I can go home, prep supper or snacks, get an ice-cold Desani water, comfortable clothes, shoes off, lights dim, volume up, and remote in hand. Then, after the opening music, I will have to straighten everything again, because I always seem to loose my maturity at that point. Ahh, what will life be when it it is over?

I am seriously having my cable shut off in 7 weeks.

I'll be taping it for future viewing, but watching it as soon as I get out of church at a friend's house who has DVR. He'll have it paused and waiting, so we can start watching at 8:30pm. (That's EST, for all of you jealous West Coasters) :-)

Definitely watching and taping it at home on our modest HD ready(oh well)flat screen by myself. Again, the only one in the house who watches. My brother and I will rewatch it during lunch at work the next day.
I'm already gettig nervous.

Sadly I will be by myself cuz I don't have anyone to watch Alias with (sniff), but I don't care, I'm gonna be all hyper and bouncing on my couch at 8:00 tonight. :) Sorry I've been MIA this week, I'm actually busy at work for a change, can you believe it?!?

Boomboom, I hear you on the college dorm room thing. I just graduated last May and watching Alias in my room was so hard. Worse yet was my junior year when it was on Sunday nights. I was an RA in a all girls dorm. One night a week guys were allowed into the girls rooms. And of course that had to be Sunday nights. So I would have to keep my door open and be subjected to crazy college boys running up and down my hallway! I would sit like a foot away from my TV so I could hear it, screaming half of the time and sitting there with my mouth wide open the other half. I am pretty sure that all of the guys who visited my floor and were not aware of my Alias addiction (as I had worn the girls way back at the beginning of the semester)thought that there was something seriously wrong with me... :)

Now with that said I am going to go curl up on my sofa and watch the first half of season five to celebrate Alias Day!!!
